I ran at 5:15 am, did the weights portion of 30 day Shred level 2, and walked the dogs .8 miles

Good thinking. I like the weights/abs of that one, but I am not a huge fan of the cardio parts, especially after I'm done running :)

It works when I'm pressed for time.
I like the cardio in that one more than the other two. so while I was fast forwarding I did do some high knees.
