Does running after eating ever get any better? I'm struggling with getting up in time to run in the morning but running ever an hour after dinner blows! my stomach just feels like a lead anvil dragging me backward.

Maybe you could eat something light for energy, then run, then eat dinner?

Nice twofer today.

Well I guess I'm kind of ol fashion weird I like eating dinner w the hubs. Sometimes our schedules happen where I have time to snack then run then make and eat dinner. Work isn't super consistent as far as when I leave. I should just wake the heck up and I wouldn't have to worry about this crap!

It's true. Running before work really simplifies things. I wish I could wake the heck up too! Lol! I just run when I can - :-)

Just do it :)

I dread getting out of bed to run lately, but I'm always glad I did once I get out there!
