50 squats, 40 push-ups 1 mile hurt so I just thought I would leave it at that. Pre run the foot felt okay.

I must be doing something wrong with the squats now b/c there is no soreness. Guess I gottta up my reps!
Foot is hurting minimally. Now the whole thing feels tired at the end of a day. I'm gonna try running tomorrow (today flash floods/lightening etc)
Friday I have a foot doc appointment.
