PR my 5k time. But maybe for now I should shoot for under 30 minutes.

nah. Not even my arms really. My legs were a little from squats.

Tracy I think that too--but I watched the news and it went by pretty quick. Trying to keep IT band stuff away. I think i ran to far today (as a whole for mileage for the week) so it will be a short one tomorrow.

Also I think mentally I am feeling better after my race. I can't say I wanted to run this morning but when I got out there I was happy.
