I don't like this winter running. My knee hurt again. I hate this...It was bothersome during the day but it was mostly if I was sitting funny.

Hang in there. It won't be this ridiculously cold for long. About a week, I think. I've made a declaration that I won't run outside unless the high for the day was above 20. Tomorrow is the day--and then we're getting slammed, supposedly. Snow day, perhaps?

Yes I hear we are in store for snow tomorrow too! I wonder if that would mean a snow day for Thursday. I have a student teaching meeting that night that I would not mind missing! LOL

I don't mind the cold. It's the WIND that kills! When the snow is horizontal I hit the treadmill instead.
Sorry your knee is bugging! Have you ever used kinesio tape? I had ITB flareup last year the week of Ogden marathon in May (overuse injury from not letting it rest after Boston in April). My friend, Teena, taped my knee up good with the Ktape and it worked magic.

Bummer that your knee has been bothering you. My hip has been sore and I took a week off of running, but that was not very fun. I hope your knee gets feeling better soon.
April, I think it's also called KT tape and I got some at Sports Authority.

Funny story. I went to Sports Authority b/c on the KT site it said that it was sold there. I asked for the KT tape. No one knew what I was talking about. I finally found it on the bottom of some shelf. So I shall try it tomorrow!
