Yeah running! Brrrr cold! Yeah foam roller!

i think of so much to write in my blog while on my run. then I get infront of the computer and boom it is all gone.

I do have one thing-I only have one rice krispy treat today. YUM. I made chicken marsala for dinner and I"m so stuffed I just don't see myself eating my second serving of candy. I can almost feel my massage!

So I'm off to trying this knitting group over at the library.

So knitting group had snacks. I did control myself. I think. LOL. I only had 2 oreos and a few of these little mint things. I'm still on track right? LOL

I do the same thing while running, but by the time I get to a computer, I just want to log the run and move on with my day.

You should knit some sweaters for your dogs.

JD--I was thinking about it for one of them. she has the hip issues and is walking on three legs right now. I read somewhere if you keep them warm they are better off. But I think she would rather die than wear a sweater. LOL

YAY for you running! YAY for you eating less candy! YAY for you making a delicious dinner (can I have some?!)

PS - I don't think I ever responded to you, the hot chocolate tastes kind of fake (but its like diet coke, eventually you're used to it and don't remember what the real stuff tastes like!). I think the apple cider tastes real.

epic fail!!! today atleast. I had my 100 grand bar, then a cookie someone gave me, rice krispy at tutoring, went out for a burger and $4 martinis (had 2)....it was soo yummy though. So far i'm digging this no beer rule.

Atleast i'm doing good with no soda, no beer, and no chips. I FAIL AT CANDY.
