Verrrry icy out. I almost fell like 5 times during my .5 walk with the dogs in the morning. And it was warm (30ish)
So I thought it might be better in the afternoon. Nope my car slide on the road. So I stayed in
I did Jillians Kickboxing and 1/2 of 30 day shred level 2 (Just pooped!)
1:10 plank (i think i'm regressing rather than progressing...bummer) I did tilt my tail bone in. I think that helped as far as form. I think I was subconsciously bowing my back thus causing some strain. YUCK.
Okay so new CANDY ATTACH PLAN. Since I can't full out say no. I am allowing myself 1-2 candy/sweets servings per day (today I went way over with 1 100grand bar (a mini one)--and 2 or 3 rice krispy treats while tutoring)
And if I go two weeks straight like this then I will buy myself a massage. I really need it. So I'm hoping that giving myself a little treat to look forward to will keep me going strong. |
