PR my 5k time. But maybe for now I should shoot for under 30 minutes.

Stay injury free and see where that takes me.

I have a husband who is wonderful, three beautiful dogs,  I'm a teacher, and I'm a runner. Life is good.

Greg and I walked a trail yesterday in the smokies...today I ran in some mountains in pigeon forge, I'm pretty sure it is still considered the smokies. Pretty awesome. The run on the way up was more of a walk bc I swear I was going vertical. My camera batteries died again. I'm staying with other couples and they all have kids...trying to be positive ( I don't like one of the wives, she makes back handed compliments that the guys don't see as backhanded). Just trying to enjoy the scenery. Yesterday it rained all day. I hope the rain stays away so we can get out and about.
