My attempt at speed again. I warmed up for a mile. Did a 10 min mile did a slow mile then did a 9:45 mile.
That last mile I really tried to get down to 9:30.
My achilles is doing well. there is still a twinge there but I feel like it is getting better.
Im still wearing the inserts and doing heal toe walking before and after my run.
I signed up for a 1/2 last night for November. |
