Jillian Michaels Yoga Meltdown (about 40 min) and .8 mile walk.
pm edit 2 glorious miles. Yes it was hot 86 now, yes it hurt (foot), yes it felt good (mentally), and I"m glad I did it. The last mile was faster than the first. :)
Tommorrow would have been 3 weeks since I have ran consistantly.
A friend of mine ran 6 miles at 9pm yesterday. At that time I was tired but my foot felt looser than in the morning. So I thought I would give it a try. Worked out well :) |
