I had horrible dream last night.

Ran after work. Approx 1.5 hours after I gave blood. That was stupid...and it took FOREVER to run/walk/jog 3 miles. but it is over.

That sounds like it might be worse than running after kimchee soup :)

OH, man! I hear it sometimes takes a few days to a week to get the energy back from giving blood! be careful!!!

Sorry about the dream, that is no fun. It always takes me a minute to realize it was not real! I just finished a book about a pandemic of the avian flu that wipes out 40% of the world population and I LOVED it, but it has made me not sleep too well!

Rat--say again?

Kelli--I don't have to run again till Friday. And what is the name of this book?

It doesn't have anything to do with giving blood, but Kimchee soup can also have an adverse effect on running. I'd share a link to a funny picture, but it grossed everybody out last time :)

The Things That Keep Us Here by Carla Buckley. LOVED IT, but I am demented.
