I got Jillian Michaels Yoga Meltdown Level 1. I thought it was going to be more of a cardio yoga. I'm glad that it isn't. I can feel my arms are sore--but itwasn't hard moves. My only issue is I did the yoga in my basement on a mat so my wrists are sore. Next time I'll do it upstairs on the carpet.
I I have stuff missing between my vertebrae in my spin so some of the backwards camel stuff I couldn't do.
But I"m digging the dolphin (elbow plank and then you do like a downward dog only on your elbows) |
