I got Jillian Michaels Yoga Meltdown Level 1. I thought it was going to be more of a cardio yoga. I'm glad that it isn't. I can feel my arms are sore--but itwasn't hard moves. My only issue is I did the yoga in my basement on a mat so my wrists are sore. Next time I'll do it upstairs on the carpet.

I I have stuff missing between my vertebrae in my spin so some of the backwards camel stuff I couldn't do.

But I"m digging the dolphin (elbow plank and then you do like a downward dog only on your elbows)

A) I still don't know what a fartlek is!

B) Tell me more about the yoga video. Is it like power yoga? I would love a good yoga video.

Nicole--oh sorry! Thought you were making fun of farts! hahah it is when you sporadically add in speed. like you are running a long and then you speed up to a stop sign and then slow again. It isn't super regulated. It is speed for newbies--or people that don't want to pay attention!

I don't know that I have ever done power yoga. There are sun saluations. It is reg yoga only you repeat the motions more. She does have you hold the stance (warrior, one two or three, for 15 seconds towards the end)
