I'm convinced that this heal thing is really my achilles. My boy dog has now hit it twice which results in some awful pain. I'm down for the count.

I have no idea! Online says stretch but not if it hurts. Well it hurts! oh and rest 8-10 hours a day. Um yeah who can do that? I guess 8 is good but I'm sleeping so I don't know if that counts.
boy dog is Blaze. I love him but I may have to kill him if he does it again.
