60 second plank
45 second l/r plank
20 overhead press
repeat
The second time around I did 20 girl pushups (arms are sore) and 30 second plank. Everything else was the same.

1.25 mile afternoon walk. Poured rain on me. And I was wearing white pants. I could hear the neighbors crying :( |
