Not a good idea to run without heal insert..ouch! And I had a side stitch that would not go away!

Last minute plans for the night. My dad and mom are coming over to celebrate his 60 th bday 2 weeks early. I have Italian meatball bean soup cooking in the slow cooker, beer bread and I'm making choc chip cookies. My dad is going to borrow my truck so he and my mom can both get to their separate jobs. He better not give me no flack about it either. Just take the help when you need it and pay it forward is what I think. End rant about parental units
