.75 dog walk 3 sets of 10 shoulder press 40# 1.5 mile run. This one felt better breathing wise. Thursday was filled with cramps. Today I did feel my achilles pull. So I'm wondering what to do. I have been walking in my merrells consistently for 7 months now. Now I want to run in them (and I did today). I don't want to go back to having an inflamed achilles and hurt IT band. Is there another shoe I can wear that is not as cushiony as my mizuno's? I should also say that when I got those injuries I was wearing my cushy mizunos. So I know I don't want to go back to that. |
