5:09 am...I ran hill repeats. Just little ones. my timing was spot on but after I looked at the distance on my garmin the repeats were all over the place. not sure what is up with that. Any who...the rest of the run was slow and relaxing.

.8 miles with the dogs pm-did some of the no trouble zones. I dont like all of the work outs due to some lower back issues I have so I just speed through those (the are like the double crunches with your legs straight out). I'd say I do about 40 minutes of the workout. Plus I like to do it for the arms. |
