No running today...I decided maybe keeping to 4 days of running a week may help my knee heal? I dunno...seems that running 3 days in a row makes me start over though...

I ate a bowl of ice cream and some raspberry coffee cake thingy..YUM!

Now I'm going to lay on the couch and try to get rid of my sneezing. While  grocery shopping I just could not stop sneezing! now I'm all stuffed up. I took a benadryl and will probably be falling asleep soon!

I think more days off will definitely help your recovery. Just go easy on the ice cream :) You won't lose all your fitness running 4 or even 3 days a week. I think running 6 days a week is the way to get maximum performance, but that's for runners without injuries or nagging aches and pains. I've learned this the hard way.

I second what rAtTLeTrAp said.

Yeah it stinks...I like my 5 days a week. But I can still work out those 5 days with my handy dandy elliptical. It doesn't hurt to do that physcially...just mentally.

and I honestly don't eat that much icecream. Probably my first bowl in months...and I think I was just feeling sorry for myself! LOL--I'm better today!
