36 minutes on the fantastical elliptical (I was going to do 45 but my foot feel asleep)
It is suppose to warm up by WEdnesday. I'm super happy about Saturday...I hope to get in a good 8-10 miles and it is suppose to be over 30...hopefully there is no windchill!

OOH Tracy! that does sound wonderful. I'd be happy if it got over 30...I think i forgot how to dress in that!
My week looks so lonely with all the zeros...I just don't feel right putting elliptical miles on the board. They are too easy..I mean there isn't any wind or weather conditions to deal with...just ellipticalling! (is that a word? LOL)

I hope I'm right about the warmer temperatures. Or maybe that's just how rumors get started.
