30 minutes on Elliptical 6 of those minutes were backwards. The first 22 minutes were at a 20 % incline
2 minutes of crunches, lunges, squats, bicep/tri stuff, and a whole lotta stretching. No knee pain during this.
My head is conjested, it is that time of the month, and I just don't wanna anymore. End tantrum. I feel better now LOL
it is 9:30 am and it is currently 15 below zero with the wind chill. neg 1 with out it. CRAZY!!! |
