26 degrees and 19 with the windchill when I started and 34 degrees with a 30 degree windchill when I ended. I had to keep taking down my buff or putting my gloves back on depending on whether I was in the shade or not. I tried two new things today. I ran 2 and a half laps to get my mileage. I left water at some point where I would be able to get to it as I passed it. I really did not feel like carrying water. But I did carry a little bottle in my pocket. Then I just refilled it.

My SIL who only runs 5k's literally (like doesn't even train for them) left a clif shock block here the last time she stayed with us. So I got to try that after about 6 ish miles. I like those! Much better than Gu! Reminds me of candy and I looooove candy. hahaha.

the last part of my run I suddenly hear some one singing far behind me. He was on a bike and def a weirdo. I was glad he was on the other side of the street. He did say hi which was nice b/c most bikers around here do not. They won't even wave.

here are my splits (notice that my last mile was my fastest)

10:58 AP

10:51, 10:56, 11:18, 10:43, 11:20, 10:55, 11:00, 11:27, 11:02, 10:21, 10:17(last .27)

Then I walked the doggies and streeeetched while picking up dog poop. It really is the best hammy stretch ever.
