PR my 5k time. But maybe for now I should shoot for under 30 minutes.

Stay injury free and see where that takes me.

I have a husband who is wonderful, three beautiful dogs,  I'm a teacher, and I'm a runner. Life is good.

I bench pressed 70# 3 sets of 5

Ran/walked a mile in my merrells. 

Walked the dogs for a mile.  

 

I don't know that I will ever get back to half marathons again. Right now 5k's and maybe in the spring 10k's are the goal. I just can't see me running more than 3-5 miles right now.

I have been healing and not running for 7 months. Over the last week or so I got the running bug back. I think I needed the break. It was also a very hot summer. I"m excited for the fall.

 I didn't sit on the couch all summer. I started lifting weights in February and walk everyday.

You're baaaaack! :) Lifting weights is fun and great for you. No need to worry about mileage right now. Just slowly get back into it and the miles will come back. You can do whatever you set your mind to, so once you decide what you want- Dooooo it!
