5 a.m. 18 with the windchill. I'm not sure what is going on with Garmin. I know from proven fact of running this one route that at this one point I should have been at about 2.3 miles. This morning I was at 1.8. And I remember thinking at .56 "What that is it?" So I mapmyrun.com my run this morning and sure enough garmin was off by 1/2 a mile. I wanted to do 8 today but felt frustrated b/c I thought I was just running really slow and didn't think I would make it home on time. In fact I just looked at my laps and garmin said my first mile was 18 minutes! No way!!!! I didn't even walk!

at any rate Yeah I ran today!

I forgot to mention the quad exercise-only 30 seconds and my wimpy pushups...I may do some lifting this afternoon. I wanted to go for a bike ride but it still soo chilly!

It probably didn't pick up a satellite right away.

I wish the weather would just make up its mind!

Great job running in spite of the cold and the Garmin woes.

I am so ready for some warmer weather, and I was not as cold as you this morning.

That is SO annoying. My Garmin has been acting up too, saying that it is charged but then having the battery dead. I updated it on Garmin's website using webupdater and am hoping that will help, you might want to try that too? Good job pushing through all that!

I couldn't believe how cold it is. It is suppose to warm up next week. I"m crossing my fingers for 60s and then it can stay in that range for forever!

My Grm does that sometimes on pace. It will say 10:14 or 11:56, when I KNOW I'm going much faster. It did that yesterday, but then when I downloaded it was the correct pace.
