5:20 I slept in a bit. Just did not want to wake up to the elliptical today. I did weights for my vain arms and abs first b/c I didn't want an excuse to skip it. So instead I skipped the last mile on the ellip.
So the next two weekends I"m having a tough time trying to figure out when I"m going to fit in my long run. This weekend that goodness is my light week so it is only a 10 miler. I may do it tomorrow night OR at 5 am on Saturday (usually I wait a bit). The SO is on midnights Fri and Satur and then I have a friend coming over on Saturday.
Next weekend we are giong to Evansville for a bowling tournament. The SO seems uneasy about me running down there. Soooo I may have to do my long run 16 miles when i get home sunday....YUCK!...I"m hoping that the hotel has a treadmill...maybe I can get in my usual sunday shorter run in on saturday...or maybe i could do it friday...who knew this would be sooo difficult! |
