I bench pressed 70# 3 sets of 5 Ran/walked a mile in my merrells. Walked the dogs for a mile. I don't know that I will ever get back to half marathons again. Right now 5k's and maybe in the spring 10k's are the goal. I just can't see me running more than 3-5 miles right now. I have been healing and not running for 7 months. Over the last week or so I got the running bug back. I think I needed the break. It was also a very hot summer. I"m excited for the fall. I didn't sit on the couch all summer. I started lifting weights in February and walk everyday.
