So I put on my old running shoes and took the dogs for a walk...I did some running spirts...and guess what? no shin pain. Gotta be the shoes then right? Well I emailed LRS to see if I can still return my shoes...I may have to find the receipt... I am now looking online to find my shoes...roadrunner doesn't have my size...I want Brooks Defyance if you online gooroos find them...size 10...It is so weird b/c I tried on the new Brooks Defyance 2 at the store and I really didn't like them. My old ones I ended up putting some old soles in them from my new balance shoes and that worked out great...go figure...stupid weird feet that i have!

I am going to try night running afterwork today. It is weird I use to be a morning person and now with working after 4 for the last 9 months I wake up more in the afternoon time...I"m wide awake afterwork. I hope working out an hour or so before bed does not aversely effect me...Oh well I will try it anyway!

update: I found some online...yippee!

Congratulations on finding the shoes. I hope they work out for you and the shin pain disappears.

I think running in the evening will be fine if you feel like you have the energy that time of day. We each have to find what works for us.

Last running in the morning was perfect...something is off this year and it isn't working out to well for me...Got to try something new! Always adjusting!
