nike arm sculpt ipad app is awesome and I walked the doggies.

I'm reevaluating marathon plans. I'm not injured. It just takes up too much of my weekend. Please don't tell me to run it anyway. I'm incredibly impressionable and I hate letting people down.

A marathon is a big commitment and the timing has to be right. You're not letting anybody down if you change your mind. Just keep running when you can. It's good for you and you know you like it!

Nicole, truthfully I will do one one day. Just not in may. I knew it was going to take a lot of time, but I'm just not prepared to give up on all the other things I like to do. I was so tired I couldn't even read or knit. Walking my dogs went to the way side too. For now I maywork on speed. At this point my training times are too slow for marathon training.
