5a.m. 20 degrees and snowing!
The sched called for 3 miles of 9:30 AP. I can't seem to keep this up. So I split it upish.
I did 4x800 with quarter mile rest. Here are my splits
9:36, 9:33, 9:41, 9:50 (going over train tracks and didn't want to slip...didn't think it would slow me down this bad though!)
I was trying to count my arm swing to see if that would help keep me consistent. It almost worked.
would it be better to up my interval lenght next week or up it to 5x800? |
