Worst Run Ever! but soooo glad I did it.

I felt sinusey last night before bed. So this morning I just kept hitting snooze or reseting my alarm, promising that I would run after work. Which was dumb b/c I was already awake at 2:30! I kept tossing and turning.

Any who afterwork it was 30 degrees and raining pretty hard. This was hard to dress for. I was supposed to be doing intervals but yeah that did not work out very well with my 11:30 AP. I really didn't warm up and feel good until about mile 3. At about mile 2.5 I took off my windbreaker pants and tied them around my waist. There were puddles everywhere. Thank god my smartwools pretty much kept my feet warmish.

Also running at 4:45 at night is not fun! I felt like I was dodging puddles and cars the entire time. I think waking up at 4:30 is much better.

I better remember this run the next time I think it is a good idea to sleep in.

feeling a little blah. Yoga and walked the doggies. Felt a little better after that.

Woke up at 4:30 but didn't make it out the door till 4:50. Temp is weird. I think it was 17 with the windchill. Weatherbug was acting weird. Maybe it wasn't awake yet?

Did some arm circles on my cool down.

10:50 AP This run felt super easy.

4:30 a.m. 44 degrees 1.5 mile dog walk. Before that I did 10 squats, 30 second plank, 10 push ups repeat x 3.

Greg is on a new schedule for a few weeks. And since I tutor right after school now. I thought I would give waking up with him a try. Then I can get my work done in the a.m. before school and leave right after tutoring. We shall see how this works. Maybe I will like it better.
