Just read your race report, April! Congratulations; sounds like you toughed out a tough course. Sorry about the ITB stuff. My coach/DR. really has made me do incessant work on hips and butt muscles; it has really helped at ton! I don't get that much anymore. I LOVE your picture!!You look super strong. Take care with your recovery.

Aunt--My ITB is feeling okay now with walking so that is a good sign. I think I may ellip today after work. Maybe I will run tomorrow. (something short)
If you have a link or something for the exercises you do that would help. I have googled stretches and stuff but either I'm not doing it enough for I'm not doing the right combo.
And to be honest I was doing fine until I ran this race. So I think it was the hills and just that my last long run was maybe a month ago did not help the situation.
I would like to do a 1/2 in November so I would like to be more prepared for that and stop being a slacker face!
