I fully expected to wake up this morning and my leg feel better. Not the case. this is very frustrating b/c the rest of me feels great! Now I'm worried about hobbling around at work tomorrow...
I'm sorry your leg is hurting. I hope it feels better soon.

Take care of it (keep stretching and icing and ibuprofening).
It won't be long before it's feeling better!

It may take a few days for the leg! Don't give up on the stretching and stuff. Congratulations on your race! I know you hoped for a faster time, but sounds like you had some challenges with the leg. And, wait, isn't this a 1/2 PR, even though you didn't break the 2 hours?

Massage (self), chocolate, arnica, and -- no worrying! You'll be healed in no time.

Aunt--no not a PR...My last one in Madison was 2.02...so I was hoping to be under 2...that is okay I have next month to be under 2. And a lot less people to swerve around in this race!
Sno--yes I have been heating it with my heating pad. Seems to have helped. I hope to be on the elliptical tomorrow.
