have you tried p90x? i would like to start one of these, i think. what is the deal with 30 day shred? i know nothing about it.

KP-I haven't tried p90x--too expensive for me!
The deal is that there are 3 20 minute workouts. During each 20 minute workout she switches out between strength, cardio and abs (three rotations) EAch 20 minute workout gets harder. So there is level one, two and three.
Jillian says you can do it everyday but I don't. Something about doing weights every makes me leary. But it is a great work out!

I'm with you on the P90X. Would love to try it but can't afford the investment. Maybe I can find someone (or two someones) in my neighborhood to split the cost and do it together!

I think the Shred gives you a good bank for relatively few bucks. And it doesn't take as much time as P90X.
