PR my 5k time. But maybe for now I should shoot for under 30 minutes.

I woke up and felt blah. WEather changes make my sinuses wonky. It is 50's today! OMG

so I ran. It felt good. Probably ran too fast but I made up for it by coming home and stretching, ab work

What made today's run fabulous was that I wore my jacket (it is raining here too) and my new turqoise running shirt. I LOVE IT! Any who i had to take off the jacket b/c I was too hot! YEAH! and just run with my lovely turquoise shirt! it isoooooooo soft!

There was some towards theend. So I know 3 miles was just enough. Which I can totally be okay with. It was running one block that worried me. Last time I could atleast go 6 miles without pain. So I don't know what is up with that! LOL
