I have to say that life is not slowing down for me at all! good run today.

I race on Saturday--I really hope to get under 2...but at this point b/c I have slacked on training I will be happy with just faster than my first 1/2 (2:20)

You will DEFINITELY be faster than 2:20. Your goal pace is about 9 MM? I'd say just use your garmin and hang on to that pace!

Good luck!

You've been running pretty consistently over the last year. You're going to have a great race. Have fun!

Thank you all! You allcertainly have more faith and me than I do!

I posted my report. I didn't hit my goal but I didn't do the worst I have done and I was hurting. So I guess it is a new record in that my best time while hurting and it being extremely windy and crowded!
