and walked the doggies...my quads feel like they have been punched..which is a new feeling post 1/2 marathon...must be the hills right?

Good for you! My quads are sore too. And I'm thinking that I need to get back to doing the Shred.

Carolyn--that is my plan--more shred! I will do some light running this month and some light build up but mostly other cardio activities for me so that my ITB can stop whining!
Aunt-it was fun. i think level 2 is my fav...not to hard not to easy!
