7 am run low 20's. I thought I dressed to warm but my legs like froze up after like 3 or 4 miles and I wasloggging along after that. I feel pooped.
I want to be faster. AP 11 minutes. Blah

Wow great run. Looks like you got to sleep in a little too. You'll definitely get faster with this consistent running!

I sure hope so...Just feels like I have been doing my long runs at this speed for a while now. Maybe now I'm more consistant with my pacing. I just wish my easy mile was like a 10. Some how during races I pull off 9's and 8's. I don't get it!
