7:15 run. 72 degrees 96 % humidity. End of run was about 78 degrees 70% humidity but feels like 80

Gross...Legs felt good. No ITB issues just felt a little tired. I attribute that to squats and lunges. My breathing was off though. I had to keep walking b/c of side stitches. HOpefully I will get used to the weather and that will remedy itself!

Glad that your leg felt good. But man, I feel like it got hot and humid in a hurry!

Ugh! That is nasty humidity! I remember summers in Chicago; it just saps your energy.

The only time I ever get side stitches is when I don't warm up slowly enough. I used to get them when I ate before a run, but no more doing that.

Enjoy your weather. It's snowing here.

No ITB issues = Joy.

I got a side stitch for the first time in a really long time when I ran after dinner the other night. Did you eat before this run?

From april27 on Tue, May 25, 2010 at 17:01:41 from 99.188.251.180

C in C-no I didn't eat at all. Not really even water! I think it was a combo for the air being so heavy which made my breathing all funky. I was having a hard time belly breathing!
