60 minutes on the ellip. BORING...but the band is still hurting. I"m getting frustrated.

Did some crunches.

Edited to show--so I realized today that the yearly total includes cross training.

So I had to go back and add up my running mileage--841.13 for the year. Not horrid but not as exciting at 1000.

Also I would like to add that this month has been my highest for cross training. Either I havent tracked it as well in past months or it really has been waaay too cold! LOL

So for after the first of the year I will not be putting in cross training miles so as to not screw myself up for next years goal of 1000 running miles for the year! Which incidently is only 83.33 miles per month. Totally do able!

Do you have a foam roller??? http://runningtimes.com/Article.aspx?ArticleID=9911

They are cheap (well, cheaper than a therapist) and work like a charm ... they will make you cry though ...

Good job getting out there on the elliptical, it is not fun, but it can keep you in shape.
