5 am 11:27 AP (my pacing was ALL over the place) 12 degrees feels like 1.
I did 40 seconds last night in the plank position.
this morning I did 30 seconds before my run and 1 minute after. (I was trying to see when would be the bes time to plank for the plank off. LOL
Then I did 20 seconds on each side for a side plank (i kept falling over) |
