5 am -1 ACTUAL degrees. when I got home it went down a degree.

I was so tired of the elliptical. So I decided to head out anyway. Waaaay too cold. And I was bundled up. I'm thinking there are people out there that can run in actual -1 degree weather (usually when I run it is the windchill) but I just don't think I ahve the right equipment/clothes!

It hurt my face. So rather than having my face fall off I came home. I even tired running around the park (i tried some speed work to try to warm up) NOT WORKING!

So I came home and did 30 minutes of Jillian's Kickboxing. Maybe I will ellip later. but guess what? We are headed for ANOTHER winter weather advisory! YUCK

Wow that's cold!! You're brave to even attempt getting out in those temps. Crazy.

I had to try it atleast once. Looks like I will be on the ellip or doing videos for the rest of the week. Stinks!

So I think I will have to repeat this training week next week.

Wow, April, that is cold! And more on the way? I agree with JD, you are brave to even attempt it.

brrrr. nice job on getting out there. that sounds brutal.

i lived in indiana once, but only in the summer. and the locals always told me "just wait until winter, it's gets mighty nasty around here."

so they were right?

Allie--yes cold. I think even worse than Chicago winters!
