3:45ish run 19 degrees feels like 8
so after quietly self loathing I took the dogs for a mile walk. The fresh air made me want to run. So I did.
I got to test drive my smartwool socks I got from my hubs for xmas. They are awesome. What did I do before them? My feet were warm not chilled at all. And I got the long ones so even my ankles were warm. Much better run b/c of it.
When I got home I moved around a bit straightening up the kitchen. I did some bridges (i think that is what they are) some squats, stretches, and rolled my legs. Of course I did a 60 sec plank--it only lasted that long b/c my dogs decided to join me in downward dog and one of them farted. Aren't they cute?
